Key Responsibilities

1. System & Inventory Management

• Ensure 100% stock accuracy through daily reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Verify dispatched products align with orders and delivery routes.
• Maintain inventory accountability and schedule dispatch trucks efficiently.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Source high-quality produce from partner farmers and ensure freshness and quality control.
• Optimize warehouse operations by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement automation solutions and propose efficiency improvements to minimize operational losses.
• Analyze stock rotation and ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system to reduce wastage.

3. Compliance & Reporting

• Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, generate insightful reports, and ensure audit readiness.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

4. Product & Asset Management

• Ensure proper receipt, reconciliation, and tracking of all products and assets.
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies with well-documented solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
