Key Responsibilities

1. Waiter / Waitress

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure tables are set and maintained according to hotel standards.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Process customer payments and issue receipts when necessary.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Housekeeping

  • Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as per hotel standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
  • Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist in laundry duties and maintain organized housekeeping storage.

3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant

  • Assist in food preparation and serving guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the dining area and kitchen comply with hygiene regulations.
  • Support chefs and waitstaff in food and drink service.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels for kitchen and dining essentials.
  • Assist with event setups and catering services.

4. Chef

  • Prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining culinary excellence.
  • Design menu options that align with customer preferences and hotel standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Waiter / Waitress

  • Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments.

2. Housekeeping

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant

  • Experience in food service, catering, or kitchen assistance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

4. Chef

  • Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
