Key Responsibilities of the Videographer

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
• Develop engaging visual stories that effectively communicate the company’s brand and services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative video concepts tailored to target audiences.
• Capture and edit real estate tours, interviews, and event coverage for social media and website use.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the brand identity and maintains a high standard of visual appeal.
• Stay updated with the latest video production trends to enhance the company’s content strategy.
• Manage video production equipment and ensure the best use of available resources.
• Optimize video content for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility across digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills for the Videographer Role

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and cinematography techniques to enhance video quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality videos efficiently.
• Experience in real estate videography is an added advantage.
