Key Responsibilities

As a STEM Apprentice, you will:

  • Develop essential job skills for success in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in hands-on projects across the supply chain.
  • Learn and apply industry-best practices to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world challenges.
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative manufacturing techniques.
  • Build a strong foundation in work ethics and professional practices within the STEM field.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications:

  • Recent Graduate: 0-3 years post-graduation.
  • Academic Background: Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Science or Engineering fields.
  • Academic Excellence: Evidence of excellence with Distinction/Credit qualifications.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Eagerness to Learn: Ambition to grow and take on challenges.

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
