Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager

• Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Create compelling content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Manage and grow online communities, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with the videographer and marketing team to produce engaging visual content for digital campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust social media strategies based on engagement trends.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize audience interaction.
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement using strategic keywords and hashtags.

Qualifications & Skills for the Social Media Manager Role

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling content.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and adapt to new social media trends.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
