Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create compelling content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Manage and grow online communities, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the videographer and marketing team to produce engaging visual content for digital campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust social media strategies based on engagement trends.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize audience interaction.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement using strategic keywords and hashtags.
Qualifications & Skills for the Social Media Manager Role
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling content.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and adapt to new social media trends.
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
