Key Responsibilities
As a Service Manager (Pest Control), your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to ensure operational efficiency, excellent service delivery, and team success. These include:
Service Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Coordinate Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to all clients.
- Implement Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Address Customer Feedback: Collaborate with teams to resolve client concerns promptly and enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Support and Client Retention
