Key Responsibilities

As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Securing the premises and personnel by conducting regular patrols inside and outside the facility.
• Performing frisking procedures on employees entering and exiting the premises to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment (CCTV) to deter criminal activities and providing footage to relevant departments when required.
• Inspecting the warehouse, equipment, and access points to identify potential risks or breaches.
• Providing outstanding customer service to visitors, clients, and employees while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Documenting incidents and observations through detailed reports, including interviews and witness statements.
• Responding promptly to emergencies, adhering to company service standards, legal requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Preventing losses through theft or damage by reporting irregularities and policy violations.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

• A diploma or certification in Security Studies or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Strong dependability, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in workplace safety management.
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and the ability to handle uncertainty.
• Effective reporting skills for documenting incidents and occurrences.
