Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Actively promoting and selling the company’s products and services within assigned regions.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Ensuring prompt follow-ups with clients to foster long-term business relationships.
- Providing timely feedback and sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a professional image at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a High School Certificate (A certificate in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage).
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector or a similar field.
- Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid police clearance certificate and a certificate of service from previous employers.
- High integrity and honesty.
- A valid driving license (not mandatory but highly preferred).
