Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager, you will:

  • Customer Acquisition: Strategize and execute plans to attract new customers by identifying target markets and creating tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver impactful presentations and lead negotiations to secure profitable deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting & Target Achievement: Track sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in sales management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
