Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, databases, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Outbound Outreach
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Deliver persuasive pitches to generate interest in the company’s products and services, securing meetings or demos.
3. Lead Qualification
- Assess leads using predefined criteria to determine fit and potential value.
- Collect critical information about prospects, including needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
4. Sales Process Management
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring seamless transitions to the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate lead hand-offs and maximize conversion rates.
5. Data Management
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and pipeline activities.
- Generate detailed reports on key metrics, such as email open rates, call volumes, and lead conversion rates.

- Lead Generation: Monthly target for new leads generated.
- Qualified Lead Percentage: Ratio of leads meeting qualification criteria.
- Conversion Rate: Success in turning leads into opportunities.
- Daily Outreach Volume: Number of cold calls/emails executed daily.

Qualifications and Skills
