Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Engage with customers: Visit potential and existing clients to present and demonstrate the full range of products and services.
  • Communicate effectively: Deliver precise solutions and articulate quotations that meet client needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: Identify opportunities to expand the service range within the region by developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed agreed monthly sales objectives.
  • Handle account management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure high client retention.
  • Manage pipelines: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, meeting daily call targets to secure leads and close deals.
  • Support marketing efforts: Participate in campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Debt collection: Ensure accounts are within agreed credit terms by liaising with clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and advise management to maintain market leadership.
  • Administrative excellence: Maintain a comprehensive customer database, including all activities, visits, and complaints.
