KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Attendant at one of our beauty retail stores, your day-to-day tasks will include customer engagement, stock handling, and general store upkeep. Specific responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers warmly, offering personalized product recommendations based on skincare goals and preferences.

• Demonstrating product use, benefits, and routines to customers confidently and professionally.

• Upselling and cross-selling, helping customers discover additional items that complement their initial interests.

• Meeting and exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets as outlined by the outlet manager.

• Replenishing inventory and updating displays, ensuring all products are arranged beautifully and hygienically.

• Recording customer orders and purchases using POS systems or manual sales books.
