Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships to promote trust and loyalty.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets while managing budgets effectively.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Representing Glee Nairobi at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase visibility and market share.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience in the Kenyan market or a similar competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent time management skills.
