Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Collection Agent, your primary focus will be to assist clients with outstanding payments while ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company’s database.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards during all interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • College education in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in collections, customer support, or telesales.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of collection tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
