Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Customer Service

  • Provide personalized service to HNW clients, ensuring close relationships and loyalty.
  • Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Ensure clients are informed about all privileges, solutions, and services under Ultimate Banking.
  • Promote the bank’s comprehensive range of financial services and drive the full-service bank agenda.
  • Utilize customer contact management systems effectively for seamless sales and service.
  • Reduce client attrition through proactive engagement and excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to complaint management processes and meet defined turnaround times (TATs).

Business Development

  • Source new business from Personal Banking and Ultimate Banking clients via referrals, marketing initiatives, and personal networks.
  • Expand the Ultimate Banking customer base by marketing tailored products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling, and promoting increased product usage.
  • Achieve portfolio growth and revenue goals across diverse products.
  • Conduct marketing initiatives, participate in SME and Institutional Bank customer calls, and deliver product training.

Qualifications and Skills

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (mandatory).
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

Professional Certifications

  • Retail Banking Associate (RBA UK) certification.
  • Completion of a Customer Relationship Management Course.
  • CISI Level 1 Certification (preferred).

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services institution.

Key Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, policies, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in relationship management, with an ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and excellence.
