We are seeking a Relationship Manager Provider, Education & Wellness to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a comprehensive database of statistics and narratives to track the progress and efficacy of treatments and chronic disease program outcomes.
• Enhance business retention by engaging and communicating disease awareness, health conferences, and wellness initiatives to customers.
• Analyze ailment reports for loss-making schemes and implement disease prevention interventions.
• Develop and manage new business products that address the wellness needs of Bancassurance clients, enabling them to access services within the wellness ecosystem.
• Support initiatives in the wellness loyalty card program.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists within the country, primary healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the public, non-governmental, and private sectors to coordinate care for clients with chronic diseases.
• Support and coordinate the chronic disease management program model of care.
• Facilitate healthcare providers’ accreditation and manage relationships with internal and external clients, serving as the custodian of provider contracts.
• Leverage marketing initiatives undertaken by Bancassurance retail and corporate teams to drive well-being awareness.
• Work with the digital team to support online platforms for health products and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor of Science in a healthcare-related field, Nursing, or Clinical Medicine.
2. Professional Qualifications: Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
3. Experience:
   • 2 years in Medical Portfolio Retention.
   • 2 years in Relationship Management.
   • 2 years in Scheme Member Education.
   • 2 years in Healthcare Business Development.
   • 2 years in Scheme Performance Reports.
4. Desired Experience:
   • 2 years in Chronic Disease Management Programs.
   • 2 years in Provider Accreditation.
   • 2 years in Wellness/Health Talks.
   • 2 years in Provider/Scheme Visits.
   • 2 years in Customer Service.
   • 2 years in People Management.
