Key Responsibilities of the Recovery Driver

As a Recovery Driver in our Workshop Department, you will be responsible for:

• Transportation of mechanics to repair breakdowns at designated sites.
• Detecting and reporting mechanical defects in motor vehicles promptly.
• Ensuring that service schedules and repairs are reported and completed on time.
• Keeping the designated vehicle in excellent working condition at all times.
• Adhering to strict traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Working efficiently during day and night shifts as per operational needs.
• Executing any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following:

• Valid NTSA Driving License (Class BCE or B).
• At least 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle recovery and transport.
• Ability to work day or night shifts depending on operational demands.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations in Kenya.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with mechanics and workshop managers.

Experience & Age Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Must be at least 25 years old or above.
