Key Responsibilities of the Purchasing Intern

  • Procurement Operations: Handle daily inquiries, quotations, and order placements for coal procurement and related transportation business.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor delivery performance, identify exceptions, and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Demand & Inventory Management: Track order quantities and inventory levels, ensuring that the procurement team maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in handling urgent procurement matters, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this Purchasing Intern role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
