This position is onsite, requiring hands-on engagement with clients, site visits, and participation in property marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and Close Sales Leads to achieve and exceed sales targets for HFDI projects.
  • Conduct Client Engagements from prospecting to closure using CRM systems to ensure all sales activities are well-documented.
  • Lead Generation through project marketing, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation services.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to evaluate competitor pricing and provide insights to the team.
  • Provide Regular Sales Reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates using CRM tools.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing support and guidance throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Participate in Marketing Events such as expos, site activations, and mall activations to promote property sales.
  • Follow Up on Documentation including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and transfer documents.
  • Monitor Customer Payments and ensure timely follow-up to achieve an 85% compliance rate on payment plans.
  • Assist Mortgage Clients by tracking mortgage applications and approvals in collaboration with financial institutions.
  • Ensure Compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain High Professional Standards in all client interactions and property transactions.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A strong understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing strategies

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial or real estate industry
  • Proven track record in property sales and client relationship management
  • Existing network of potential property buyers
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients
