Key Responsibilities
As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the doctor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Doctor’s Schedule: Organize appointments, meetings, and daily calendars to ensure seamless workflow.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordination of Travel and Meetings: Plan travel itineraries, book accommodations, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Patient File Management: Oversee the organization and updating of patient records.
- Social Media and Digital Tools: Utilize Canva and other platforms to manage social media activities effectively.
- Operational Support: Assist in various day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools.
