Key Responsibilities of Content Developers and Part-Time Teaching Staff

As a member of the OUK academic team, your responsibilities will include:

Content Developers:

  • Develop high-quality, interactive, and student-centered learning materials tailored for online delivery.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create curriculum-aligned content.
  • Apply best practices in e-learning design, integrating multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
  • Ensure content adheres to academic standards, accessibility guidelines, and the university’s quality assurance framework.

Part-Time Teaching Staff:

  • Deliver engaging and flexible online instruction across specified academic programs.
  • Facilitate online discussions, assessments, and feedback to promote student success.
  • Maintain active communication with learners to support academic progress and retention.
  • Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
