Key Responsibilities of Content Developers and Part-Time Teaching Staff

As a member of the OUK academic team, your responsibilities will include:

Content Developers:

Develop high-quality, interactive, and student-centered learning materials tailored for online delivery.
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create curriculum-aligned content.
Apply best practices in e-learning design, integrating multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
Ensure content adheres to academic standards, accessibility guidelines, and the university’s quality assurance framework.

Part-Time Teaching Staff:

Deliver engaging and flexible online instruction across specified academic programs.
Facilitate online discussions, assessments, and feedback to promote student success.
Maintain active communication with learners to support academic progress and retention.
Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
