KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients and building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote optical products and services.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Manage and expand the customer base through outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance brand positioning.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for increased revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as in-store events, online campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the optical market.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or optical products.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of optical products and eye care services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and retain customers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation to meet and exceed targets.
