AVAILABLE POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Manager – Africa – Health Insurance
Location: Nairobi, Kenya or Dubai, UAE
As a Sales Manager – Africa, you will drive growth for international private medical insurance (IPMI) solutions across African markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the African market.
-
Build and nurture B2B and B2C pipelines in target countries.
-
Identify new partnerships and broker networks.
-
Lead presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
-
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and market penetration metrics.
-
Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams.
2. Agile Product Owner
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
As an Agile Product Owner, you will serve as the voice of the customer and lead delivery initiatives by translating business needs into actionable product features.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements.

Define user stories and prioritize product backlogs.

Coordinate with Scrum Masters and development teams.

This technical role focuses on the iSeries (IBMi) platform and supports the design, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure supporting core systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve IBMi performance issues.

Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Document architecture and system design.
-
Coordinate backup, disaster recovery, and patch management.

Implement system security in line with enterprise protocols.
4. Spanish-Speaking Eligibility Representative
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
This customer service role focuses on processing client data accurately and efficiently for Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound eligibility queries and updates.

Enter and verify client details into internal systems.

Respond to customer service tickets and client calls.
-
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and accuracy metrics.

5. Agile Product Manager – International Organisations Health

Coordinate member onboarding, ID issuance, and communication.

Monitor SLA compliance and policy issue resolution.

Document customer requests and maintain account data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
General Requirements Across All Roles:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IT, Business, Finance, Sales, or related).

Minimum of 2–5 years’ professional experience in the applicable domain.

Familiarity with international health insurance, customer service, or tech product delivery is a strong advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (multilingual skills are a plus for customer-facing roles).

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

For technical roles: proficiency in modern software development tools, data platforms, or infrastructure frameworks.
