KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vacancy 1: Legal and Compliance Manager – Nairobi, Kenya
- Offer expert legal advisory services to stakeholders across all TMA departments and subsidiaries.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Kenyan and international legal and tax frameworks.
- Protect TMA’s legal interests during litigation and contract negotiation.
Vacancy 2: Country Director – DRC (Goma & Kinshasa)
- Lead country operations and ensure results-based programming aligned with NGO strategic frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.
- Drive donor engagement and development partnership opportunities.
Vacancy 3: Director of Inclusive Trade – Any TMA Location
- Lead the inclusive commerce portfolio in line with AfCFTA and SDGs.
- Integrate gender, disability, youth, and inclusion into program design and delivery.
- Manage cross-regional programming and ensure equity across vulnerable groups.
Vacancy 4: Director, Southern Africa (Zambia/Malawi/Mozambique)
- Oversee regional programs, especially in landlocked developing countries.
- Fundraise and manage donor-funded NGO initiatives.
- Align country plans with TMA’s trade facilitation and regional development goals.
Vacancy 5: Program Manager – Zambia
- Act as project lead across Zambia and Mozambique portfolios.
- Oversee budget management, donor compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deputize for the Zambia Country Director as needed.
Vacancy 6: Program Officer – Zambia
- Handle M&E, communications, logistics, and finance administration.
- Ensure knowledge management, compliance with trade-related donor frameworks, and field-level delivery.
Vacancy 7: Finance Officer – Nairobi
- Process financial transactions, monthly reconciliations, and ERP inputs.
- Ensure full compliance with NGO financial regulations in Kenya.
- Collaborate with internal teams on audits and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Legal and Compliance: Law degree, CPS certification, and 8+ years’ experience.
- Directors and Program Managers: Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Trade, Development, Public Policy), 10+ years in senior NGO roles.
- Finance Officer: CPAK or ACCA, ERP system experience, strong knowledge of NGO accounting and donor finance regulations.
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Strategic communication
