Available Positions
1. Full-Time Tutor – Intensive Care Medicine (ICM)
- Location: Nyeri, Kenya
- Job Category: Education/Training
- Reporting to: Head of Department
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver lectures and practical sessions in Intensive Care Medicine.
- Mentor and supervise students in clinical rotations.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance the ICM curriculum.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
- Engage in continuous professional development in critical care medicine.
Qualifications and Skills
- Higher Diploma in Preoperative Theater Technology.
- Minimum of three years’ teaching experience in an academic setting.
- Registered with TVETA and KSTVET Certification (pedagogy) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Innovative and creative in course development.
2. Counselor
- Location: Nyeri, Kenya
- Job Category: Healthcare/Mental Health
- Reporting to: Head of Counseling Services
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Develop and implement mental health programs and awareness workshops.
- Work closely with academic staff to identify and support at-risk students.
- Maintain ethical and confidential counseling records.
- Stay updated with counseling best practices and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Higher National Diploma or Degree in Counseling Psychology.
- At least five years’ experience in institutional counseling.
- Prior experience in a training institution is a plus.

3. Clinical Instructor
