KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Nail Technician

• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Apply nail polish, acrylic, gel, and other nail art techniques.
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization of nail tools and workstations.
• Educate clients on nail care and recommend home-care products.

2. Salon Receptionist

• Manage client appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and salon services.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

3. Pedicurist

• Provide high-quality pedicure services, including foot massage and callus removal.
• Advise clients on proper foot and nail care.
• Maintain a relaxing and sanitary environment.

4. Lash & Brow Technician

• Offer lash extensions, brow tinting, shaping, and microblading services.
• Ensure high hygiene standards and proper aftercare advice for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest lash and brow beauty trends.

5. Hair Stylist

• Cut, color, and style hair based on client preferences.
• Recommend suitable hair treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling tools and work areas.

6. Braiders

• Offer different braiding techniques, including box braids, cornrows, and twists.
• Ensure neat and long-lasting braid styles.
• Educate clients on braid maintenance and scalp care.

7. Wig Specialist

• Customize and install wigs for clients.
• Provide advice on proper wig care and styling.
• Work with different hair textures and colors to create unique styles.

8. Makeup Artist

• Apply professional makeup for various occasions, including weddings and photoshoots.
• Match makeup looks to client preferences and facial features.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty and makeup trends.

9. Barber

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services for male clients.
• Maintain and sanitize barber tools after every use.
• Suggest suitable grooming products based on client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Previous experience in a similar salon, spa, or beauty-related role is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail in executing beauty services.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients professionally.
• Knowledge of beauty and hygiene regulations in Kenya.
• Must be passionate, reliable, and punctual.
