Vacancy 1: Telesales Representatives – Nairobi

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by phone, promoting GEA’s products and services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from provided databases

  • Promote products and services clearly and persuasively

  • Answer customer questions and resolve objections in real time

  • Record customer interactions and update CRM systems

  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • Prior experience in telesales or call center environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Energetic, confident, and persistent

  • Fluent in English and Swahili

Vacancy 2: Safaricom Care Desk Representatives – Nairobi & Other Urban Areas

This role is ideal for individuals trained in Safaricom Care Desk operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for Safaricom customers, resolving service-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, SIM registration, and M-PESA support

  • Execute SIM swaps, airtime loading, and PUK retrieval

  • Escalate unresolved issues to backend support

  • Educate customers on products, services, and device usage

  • Maintain accurate service records

Requirements:

  • Completed official Safaricom Care Desk training

  • Certificate or Diploma in ICT, Business, or related field

  • Excellent people skills

  • Familiarity with Safaricom platforms and SIM tools

  • Experience in a customer-facing telco role is a strong advantage

Vacancy 3: Direct Sales Agents (DSAs – Airtime Sales) – Wote, Tala, Matuu, Chuka, Meru

We’re seeking agile, self-driven individuals who can sell airtime and ride motorbikes to serve customers in assigned towns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell airtime to customers in assigned zones

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and collections

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors

  • Report daily on sales, stock, and market activity

  • Ride company-provided or personal motorbikes to expand customer base

Requirements:

  • Must know how to ride a motorbike with valid license (Class F/G)

  • Background in sales, preferably in telco or FMCG

  • Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Familiarity with local towns/markets is essential

  • High integrity and ability to handle cash and inventory responsibly

Vacancy 4: Sales Supervisors – Nairobi & Other Urban Zones

We are hiring experienced sales supervisors with backgrounds in the FMCG or phone distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales representatives (telesales, DSAs, shop assistants)

  • Set sales targets and track performance

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate distribution
