Key Responsibilities:
1. Nurse In-Charge (Nairobi Region)
- Lead and oversee nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
- Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to medical guidelines.
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to nursing staff.
- Conduct regular staff training and evaluations.
2. Laboratory Technologist (Nairobi Region)
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to relevant medical personnel.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all laboratory activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and practices.
3. Pharmaceutical Technologist (Mombasa)
- Dispense medication and provide accurate information to patients.
- Maintain an updated inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines in pharmaceutical operations.
- Educate patients on medication use and potential side effects.
4. Human Resource Intern (Nairobi)
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve HR practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Nurse In-Charge
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Kenya Registered Nurse preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical procedures and patient care.
2. Laboratory Technologist
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Must be licensed by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
- At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Pharmaceutical Technologist
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Human Resource Intern
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
