AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND ROLE OVERVIEWS

1. Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary: Responsible for serving guests in the restaurant, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests professionally

  • Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar

  • Serve orders accurately and promptly

  • Handle billing and process payments

  • Address guest complaints or concerns with a positive attitude

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service

  • At least 4 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant service

  • Excellent interpersonal and memory skills

  • Fast, efficient, and pleasant demeanor


2. Cook / Chef

Job Summary: Prepare high-quality meals following established recipes, ensuring food safety and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff on menu planning and prep

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate food purchasing

  • Ensure sanitation and hygiene in food preparation areas
