KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Graduate Trainee, you’ll be immersed in the firm’s real-time marketing initiatives. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print.
Supporting the development of digital content for websites, newsletters, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Coordinating social media platforms, including scheduling posts, creating captions, and engaging with the audience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Participating in the writing and design of client proposals and pitch decks, aligning with firm branding and communication standards.
Conducting market research and analysis, summarizing competitor activities, and monitoring emerging industry trends.
Assisting in the organization and promotion of client webinars, events, and in-person networking activities.
Monitoring campaign performance analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across service lines and project initiatives.
Taking part in internal training sessions, feedback meetings, and performance reviews.
Assisting the marketing department with administrative and project-based tasks as required.

This position offers hands-on exposure to practical digital marketing in Kenya, with rotational mentorship from professionals across various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Minimum requirements include:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.

Working knowledge of social media management, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.
Strong skills in research, proposal formatting, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment.
Strong desire to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback constructively.

This is a graduate trainee opportunity in Kenya—so no previous full-time experience is required. However, internships, school projects, or online courses in marketing are considered a plus.
