Key Responsibilities

As the Light Cargo Sales Manager, your main duties will include:

  1. Team Management: Lead and oversee the Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  2. Market Research: Investigate and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of relevant operational policies.
  4. Team Coordination: Plan and organize team activities to create a productive and cohesive work environment.
  5. Training and Development: Enhance team skills through regular training and professional development sessions.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Organize regular department meetings to evaluate employee performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management as required.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  9. Leadership Support: Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in cargo operations, logistics, or transportation.
