1. Chief Inspector, Aircraft Registration and Administration – KCAA Scale 5 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee aircraft registration and certification to ensure compliance.
- Conduct airworthiness inspections and audits of aviation organizations.
- Manage the Aircraft Register and validation of Aircraft Type Certificates.
- Lead aviation safety enforcement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AME) in B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, or B2.
2. Head of Department, Aviation Safety and Security Training – KCAA Scale 5 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement aviation safety and security training programs.
- Evaluate aviation instructors and training curricula.
- Ensure compliance with national and international training standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Education, or equivalent.
- 10+ years in aviation training, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
- Valid aviation-related professional certification.
3. Chief Meteorology Inspector – KCAA Scale 5 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee aeronautical meteorology services inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with meteorological safety standards.
- Supervise meteorological training and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Meteorology or related field.
- 10+ years in aeronautical meteorology, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
- ICAO-recognized meteorology certifications.
4. Chief Inspector, Approved Training Organization – KCAA Scale 5 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct certification and oversight of Approved Training Organizations (ATOs).
- Evaluate and approve training programs and instructor authorizations.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licensing (AMEL) exams.
- Develop and evaluate technical training materials and examination syllabi.
- Ensure compliance with aviation examination standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or Education.
- 10+ years in aviation training or examination administration.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AME).
7. Senior Administration Officer – KCAA Scale 6 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and support services.
- Manage office accommodations and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with HR and administrative policies.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 4+ years’ experience in flight safety training.
11. Lecturer I, Aeronautical Engineering – KCAA Scale 7 (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in aeronautical engineering and aviation technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aviation Management.
- 2+ years’ teaching experience in aeronautical engineering.
12. Lecturer I, Airline/Airport Operations – KCAA Scale 7 (2 Posts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach courses on airline and airport operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field.
- 2+ years’ teaching experience in airline operations.
