KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Showroom Design & Layout

• Assist in curating and designing showroom layouts that optimize space utilization while maintaining an elegant aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the team to create visually striking vignettes that showcase different furniture collections, styles, and seasonal trends.
• Regularly update showroom arrangements to reflect new arrivals, promotional campaigns, and best-selling products.
• Ensure that showroom spaces are consistently maintained in pristine condition, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to luxury and quality.

Visual Merchandising & Customer Experience

• Design engaging and innovative display concepts that captivate customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Implement strategic merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and influence purchasing decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior patterns and adjust product placements accordingly to improve accessibility and appeal.
• Monitor and report on merchandising effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Trend Analysis & Research

• Conduct research on the latest trends in interior design, including color palettes, furniture styles, and material innovations.
• Stay informed on high-end design concepts and luxury furnishing trends that align with Victoria Courts’ brand identity.
• Present creative design recommendations that enhance showroom aesthetics and align with market demands.
• Identify emerging consumer preferences and suggest strategies to align showroom presentations with current trends.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that showroom designs support overall marketing and sales strategies.
• Assist in organizing showroom relaunches, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement events.
• Collaborate with the buying department to recommend furniture selections that complement showroom displays and attract target clientele.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for showroom enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Educational Background: Diploma in Interior Design or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Design Proficiency: A strong understanding of interior styling principles, furniture arrangement, and spatial design.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and implement showroom layouts that captivate customers and boost sales.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring that every showroom display meets the highest standards.
