As a Home Loan Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage mortgage loans and applications. This role involves actively participating in customer acquisition, onboarding, and guiding clients through the mortgage process. You will also estimate creditworthiness, analyze financial documents, and report on application progress. Key Responsibilities
As a Home Loan Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored home loan solutions to customers by evaluating their financial profiles and helping them select products that best suit their needs.
- Assisting customers with the mortgage loan application process, including documentation, verification, and submission.
- Reviewing loan applications to verify information and determine eligibility.
- Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of the mortgage process.
- Conducting branch-level and country-level marketing campaigns to promote home loan products.
- Managing customer queries and complaints by providing timely resolutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Updating customers on changes in policy, eligibility, and application status to ensure transparency throughout the process.
- Building and maintaining a robust referral network, collaborating with clients, developers, and real estate agents.
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies and regulatory standards during every stage of the mortgage process.
- Representing the company at promotional events to showcase mortgage solutions and convert leads into sales.
- Creating comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track performance and progress.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Achieving operational rigor excellence by adhering to bank procedures and policies for seamless audits.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in mortgage loan processing and customer acquisition.
