Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Client Services, you will take charge of both strategic planning and hands-on execution to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Create and execute commercial strategies to accelerate growth and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze industry trends to develop effective business plans and budgets.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Customer Experience Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with Valley Hospital’s objectives.
- Streamline client-facing processes to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
- Resolve complex client issues escalated by team members promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the customer-facing team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Foster a service-oriented culture that emphasizes employee engagement and service excellence.
Marketing and Business Development
- Design marketing strategies to increase awareness among private patients, insurance companies, and corporate healthcare partnerships.
- Drive business development effectiveness through performance tracking and sales enablement tools.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Services, Nursing, Finance, and IT, to optimize service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client services or a related role.
- At least 4 years’ experience working in a service organization.
Technical Competencies
- Proven track record of creating successful customer experience and commercial strategies.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Technical proficiency in using tools and systems to monitor commercial efforts.
Behavioral Competencies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach, with an ability to collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery.
