You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and promotional materials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Graphic Design & Visual Branding

• Create high-quality social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, banners, infographics, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing channels.
• Design compelling digital content for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative concepts.

2. Video Production & Editing

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
• Produce engaging short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics to enhance digital storytelling.
• Optimize video content for different platforms and audience segments, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.

3. Photography & Event Coverage

• Conduct professional photoshoots for events, schools, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture compelling testimonials, student success stories, and community engagement moments.
• Edit and optimize images for web, social media, and print use, ensuring a consistent visual style.

4. UI/UX Design Support

• Assist in website and landing page design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product and web development teams to refine visual elements and layout.
• Provide design recommendations based on user behavior insights and best practices.

5. Content Ideation & Strategy

• Work closely with marketing and social media teams to create visually compelling content plans.
• Brainstorm creative campaigns that leverage visuals to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure all assets align with performance marketing objectives and enhance conversion rates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Photography (Minimum 2+ years in a creative role).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Lightroom).
• Strong Portfolio showcasing design, photography, and video editing work.
• Excellent Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals.
• Experience Working with Brand Guidelines and maintaining design consistency across marketing materials.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics & Animation (Experience with After Effects is a plus).
• Familiarity with Social Media Content Optimization (Understanding of video and image formats for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
• Understanding of UI/UX Principles to support website and app design efforts.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Basic Knowledge of Photography Equipment & Lighting Techniques.
