Key Responsibilities
Execution Excellence
- Identify and implement minimum execution standards across all customer interactions.
- Utilize 365 Essentials principles to achieve top-tier sales execution.
- Effectively navigate sales calls using defined commercial selling skills.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure distributor coverage and maintain optimal call frequency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer relationships and increase market penetration.
- Build customized strategic sales plans tailored for priority accounts.
- Implement and monitor adherence to execution standards to drive growth.
Controls and Compliance
- Adhere to compliance measures outlined in global and local policies, including the Code of Business Conduct.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal process controls and audit regulations.
- Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to ensure full compliance with company standards.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in policy guidelines and market regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
- A business-related degree or equivalent.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field sales role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent persuasive selling techniques and commercial competence.
- Ability to drive market expansion while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Experience working with distributors and key accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
