Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Collection Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Achieving monthly collection targets by recovering outstanding amounts.
• Conducting field visits to engage clients and ensure debt recovery.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints in compliance with company policies.
• Detecting and reporting any fraudulent activities.
• Negotiating payment arrangements with clients and following up to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining customer loyalty throughout the collection process by providing professional support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in debt recovery (preferred but not mandatory).
