Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Content Management
- Create and manage SEO-optimized content, including blogs, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to target audiences.
2. Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance engagement.
- Design and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Schedule posts and interact with followers to foster community growth.
3. SEO & SEM
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to maximize ROI.
4. Email Marketing
- Design targeted email marketing campaigns with compelling copy and visuals.
- Maintain and manage email databases while ensuring data privacy compliance.
5. Website Management
- Maintain a user-friendly, mobile-responsive website and update it regularly.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and improve UX.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track marketing performance.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to guide future campaigns.
7. Visual Content Creation
- Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ads, and newsletters.
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with the company’s brand identity.
8. Marketing Collateral Development
- Create brochures, flyers, and packaging designs to support offline and online campaigns.
9. Video Content Production
- Produce and edit promotional videos, including captions and special effects.
10. Branding
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to refine and enhance the company’s brand image.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Expertise in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads or related platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills for SEO-optimized content.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
