Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Actively listening to customer inquiries and providing empathetic responses.
- Resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Documenting customer interactions with accuracy and detail.
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments for efficient solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue and customer loyalty.
- Contributing to positive customer reviews and maintaining the organization’s stellar reputation.
- Gathering feedback from customers to recommend continuous improvements.
- Adapting to evolving customer needs while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Front Office Management, Public Relations and Communication, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma holders in similar fields may also apply.
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
Essential Skills:
- Adaptability and Flexibility to handle dynamic customer needs.
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-Solving Skills with a proactive approach.
