ABOUT TREES FOR THE FUTURE
For over 30 years, TREES has been a leader in agroforestry training, helping farmers across Kenya, Mali, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda to restore land, improve food security, and build sustainable livelihoods. Our Forest Garden Approach is a proven, nature-based solution that enables smallholder farmers to plant thousands of trees, grow diverse crops, and break cycles of poverty and climate degradation.
In Kenya, TREES operates in three key regions of the Lake Victoria Watershed, working with over 20,000 farmers. In partnership with Catona Climate, TREES is advancing carbon market verification—providing farmers with financial incentives for climate-positive farming practices.
