Key Responsibilities:

As the Controls and Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Logistics and Supply Chain Controls: Develop and monitor controls to validate their effectiveness across operations.
  • Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collaborate with the Logistics Leadership Team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Design and Analysis of Control Frameworks: Work closely with departments like Warehouse, Transport, Inbound Logistics, and Customer Service to enhance control design.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Design and regularly review SOPs to ensure compliance with logistics standards.
  • Monitoring Compliance Frameworks: Ensure adherence to logistics controls and compliance frameworks through regular evaluations.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Act as a liaison between finance, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure streamlined operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Stock Reconciliation.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, WMS, TMS, and Calibra.
  • Experience in logistics operations and compliance frameworks is a strong advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to drive performance management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in implementing and monitoring KPIs for optimal logistics performance.
