About the Role

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Command Center Agents in Nakuru. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations by overseeing and managing drivers and SDOs assigned to trucks. As a Command Center Agent, you will:

• Monitor and manage field and warehouse turnaround times to ensure timely operations.
• Track truck deliveries and collaborate with the transport and logistics team to resolve issues.
• Provide remote support to drivers and assist in liaising with relevant departments.
• Handle crisis and incident management effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Truck Operations: Ensure efficient tracking of truck movements during deliveries.
• Coordinate Resolutions: Actively liaise with the transport and logistics department to address operational challenges.
• Crisis Management: Lead incident response during emergencies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.
• Support Drivers: Offer prompt assistance to drivers with departmental needs.
• Report Accurately: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all incidents.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Crisis or Incident Management, particularly in emergency handling and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise instructions to stakeholders.
• Decision-making skills under pressure, with a track record of prioritizing and resolving incidents in high-stress environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate monitoring, documentation, and reporting of incidents.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
