This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with client acceptance and continuance processes, helping maintain Deloitte’s high standards of integrity, risk mitigation, and professional conduct. The successful candidate will join the Quality, Independence, Risk, and Reputation (QIRR) Department, which is responsible for safeguarding the firm from reputational, operational, litigation, and regulatory risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Acceptance – Senior Risk Analyst, your key duties will include:
- Processing Client Acceptance and Continuance (KYC, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Money Laundering checks) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing and verifying that client acceptance and continuance checks meet accuracy, layout, and completeness standards.
- Ensuring all relevant correspondence and documentation is properly attached to client cases.
- Maintaining regular communication with management to escalate issues and provide updates on complex cases.
- Supporting ad-hoc risk management tasks related to client onboarding and due diligence.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 3-4 years’ experience in risk management, client acceptance, compliance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Corruption/Anti-Money Laundering (AC/AML) risk aspects.
- Knowledge of company structures and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to risk management processes and due diligence practices.
- Some familiarity with regulatory bodies such as IFAC, SEC, and PCAOB.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
