Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategies to double revenue, expand membership, and enhance service delivery.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the creation and implementation of profitable training programs that meet market demands.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements, maintaining organizational integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, corporate partners, and members.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement innovative practices to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals efficiently.
  • Team Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in high-performing organizations.
  • Governance Training: Completed formal training in governance.
