Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Call Center Agent handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong knowledge of liquor brands, product categories, and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus)

  • Experience in a sales-driven call center environment.

  • Previous customer support experience in the beverage or liquor industry.
