Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection and delivery details.

Provide detailed product information on various liquor brands, categories, and specifications.

Address customer complaints, inquiries, and order-related concerns with a solution-driven approach.

Use persuasion and communication skills to upsell and cross-sell liquor products effectively.

Maintain customer records in CRM systems, updating contact details, order history, and service interactions.

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless product deliveries.

Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Call Center Agent handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong knowledge of liquor brands, product categories, and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus)

Experience in a sales-driven call center environment.

Previous customer support experience in the beverage or liquor industry.
