Key Responsibilities

As a Business Growth Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Oversee daily branch operations to align with company goals.
    • Ensure the branch meets or exceeds performance targets.
  2. Driving Business Growth:
    • Market Musoni’s products and actively recruit new clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
    • Conduct regular visits to clients to build strong relationships.
  4. Portfolio Management:
    • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio by managing delinquency.
    • Analyze client feedback to improve services.
  5. Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Uphold Musoni’s cashless and paperless operational model.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Inspire, coach, and develop branch staff.
    • Create a motivating work environment for staff retention and productivity.
  7. Administrative Duties:
    • Manage general administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch functioning.
    • Monitor and enforce system controls for operational integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of branch management experience in a microfinance institution.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
