Key Responsibilities
As a Business Growth Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee daily branch operations to align with company goals.
- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Driving Business Growth:
- Market Musoni’s products and actively recruit new clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention.
- Client Engagement:
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to build strong relationships.
- Portfolio Management:
- Maintain a healthy loan portfolio by managing delinquency.
- Analyze client feedback to improve services.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Uphold Musoni’s cashless and paperless operational model.
- Team Leadership:
- Inspire, coach, and develop branch staff.
- Create a motivating work environment for staff retention and productivity.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage general administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Monitor and enforce system controls for operational integrity.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of branch management experience in a microfinance institution.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
