Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will take on a dynamic leadership role with responsibilities that include:

• Restaurant Operations Management: Coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing robust control measures and operational procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce product quality standards through regular spot checks and close supervision.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to the Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Staff Development: Assist in staff training to uphold operating standards and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during peak service times.

Minimum Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
2. Experience: Proficiency with Restaurant ERP Systems such as POS or GAAP is essential.
3. Administrative Skills: A solid understanding of administrative functions is required.
4. Additional Qualification: A food production-related course will be an added advantage.
5. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Word and Excel is necessary.
