KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Betting Operations: Oversee the creation and adjustment of odds across multiple sporting events.
Odds-Setting & Risk Management: Analyze betting markets and trends to adjust odds dynamically and mitigate financial risk.
Live Betting Monitoring: Continuously track live betting trends and make real-time adjustments to betting lines.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor betting odds to ensure Bahati.Bet remains competitive in the Kenyan market.
Market Research: Study sports events, player performances, and historical trends to refine betting strategies.
Customer Interaction Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to address inquiries related to odds, payouts, and betting limits.
Proficiency in Sportsbook Software: Utilize professional sportsbook tools and analytics software to optimize betting operations.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all betting activities align with Kenyan gaming laws and responsible gambling guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sports betting, trading, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in sportsbook software, odds calculation, and risk management tools.
Analytical Ability: Strong statistical and data analysis skills for market assessment and odd-setting strategies.
