1. Pack House Manager

Position Details:

• Position: Pack House Manager
• Location: Embu County, along the Embu-Kiritiri Highway (Rwika)
• Type of Job: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure operational excellence across all pack house functions.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of pack house staff.
• Develop and implement effective policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Represent the company in meetings with regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders.

Operational Oversight:

• Supervise all activities, including sorting, grading, packing, and storage of produce.
• Ensure efficient supply chain management from the farm gate to export.
